Terms of Service & Engagement
1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern the delivery of enterprise technology consulting, custom software development, biometric verification APIs (PrismID), video banking infrastructure (BankVision), and hybrid cloud engineering services provided by C3 BIT Technology Consulting to commercial and financial clients worldwide.
2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Custom codebase deliverables produced under explicit client statement of work (SOW) agreements become the intellectual property of the commissioning client upon full contract settlement. Core pre-existing platforms (including PrismID proprietary neural weights and BankVision media engines) remain the protected intellectual property of C3 BIT and are licensed under enterprise software agreements.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Availability
Enterprise cloud platforms and managed backend microservices deployed by C3 BIT are backed by comprehensive 99.99% availability targets, 24/7 SRE monitoring, and automated multi-region failover protocols specified in individual enterprise Master Service Agreements.
